Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia is the main resort on Marigot Bay and the easiest way to honeymoon in this green, yacht-filled harbor on Saint Lucia's west coast. Hyatt opened it in late 2022 on the site of the bay's long-running resort and marina. It now runs on Zoëtry's all-inclusive plan, which the brand calls Endless Privileges.
There are 124 suites stepping up the hillside on the south side of the bay. Junior Suites are about 915 square feet. The Master Suite Residences add a private plunge pool. Meals, premium drinks, round-trip airport transfers and water ferries across the bay are included. There are several restaurants, two pools, a spa village with volcanic mud baths and a treehouse used for wellness sessions and private dinners.
It suits couples who want an all-inclusive with real views and boat trips on the doorstep. The trade-offs are a small beach, a working harbor and a resort that welcomes families. Couples who want long days on the sand or a kid-free resort should look farther north or south on the island.

Why Couples Choose Zoëtry Marigot Bay
Marigot Bay is one of the most photographed harbors in the Caribbean, a deep inlet closed in by forested hills with a spit of palms near its mouth. Staying at the resort means waking to that view, with masts in the water and green slopes rising on every side.
The all-inclusive plan makes it easy. Most meals and drinks are covered, as are transfers from the airport and the little water ferry across the bay to the palm spit. You can spend a day moving between pool, spa and dinner without signing a bill.
The location also works for exploring. The Pitons and Soufrière are about 45 minutes south by road or a scenic boat ride away. Castries and the northern beaches are closer still. That suits couples who want a comfortable base and a few big day trips.
Suites to Book
All rooms are suites. The Junior Suites, about 915 square feet, come with bay or garden views, a balcony or terrace, a minibar refreshed daily and, in many, a kitchenette. For a honeymoon, pay for the bay view; the harbor is the reason to be here.
The Master Suite Residence with Plunge Pool, about 1,345 square feet, is the category to book if you can. A private plunge pool with the bay below is the closest thing to a villa experience at the resort. Some residences have full kitchens and butler service.
Penthouse residences sit at the top of the range. Because the suites step up a steep hillside, ask about stairs and the walk to the restaurants if that matters to either of you.
Food, Drink and the Spa
1461 is the signature restaurant, with views over Marigot Bay and private dining in La Cava, its wine cellar. Le Bateau serves Caribbean dishes by the marina. The Rum Cave is an open-air lounge for rum tasting and live music, while the poolside grill turns out wood-fired pizza and the swim-up bar keeps the drinks coming. Meraki, the Asian restaurant, is not included in the all-inclusive plan, so expect a charge there. Dress codes apply at dinner.
The Spa Village is a highlight, with volcanic mud baths, moon-phase rituals and cabin-style treatment rooms with plunge pools, steam rooms and sauna cabanas. A treehouse on the hillside hosts wellness sessions and private dinners. The resort can also arrange treatments in a private treetop setting.
Why guests fall for it
Things to Do
Daily activities range from sunrise yoga to Creole lessons. Non-motorized water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding are included. The Alexandria Garden trails give you a walk without leaving the resort.
Take the water ferry to the palm spit for a swim, then join a boat trip down the coast to snorkel at Anse Cochon or see the Pitons from the sea. On land, Soufrière has the drive-in volcano at La Soufrière and the Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens. Fish Friday at Anse La Raye, a short drive south, is a lively local street party.
Mosquitoes are active in the green hills at dusk, so pack repellent. If you're pregnant or hoping to be soon, check CDC travel health notices for Saint Lucia before you go.
Getting There
Most nonstop flights from the US land at Hewanorra International (UVF) in the south of the island. The drive to Marigot Bay takes about an hour or longer on winding roads. Round-trip airport transfers are included in the all-inclusive plan. George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU), near Castries, is about 30 minutes away and handles regional flights.
The resort can also arrange transfers by private yacht or helicopter for a more dramatic arrival, at extra cost.
Entry and visa rules depend on your citizenship and can change at short notice, so check the official government website before you book. Saint Lucia charges a small nightly tourist accommodation fee, usually collected by the resort.
Is It Worth It?
We could not confirm current published nightly rates, so check the Hyatt Inclusive Collection site or a travel advisor for your dates. As a rough guide, expect upper-mid-range all-inclusive pricing for two, with plunge-pool residences and peak weeks costing considerably more. Treat any figure as approximate.
The value comes from the inclusions, the large suites and the setting. You get premium drinks, transfers and a spa village in one of the Caribbean's prettiest harbors. You do not get a long beach. Meraki and some spa services cost extra.
Couples who want a kid-free resort on the sand should compare Sandals Grande St. Lucian in the north. Couples who want a dramatic Piton view should look at Soufrière. For views, boats and everything included, Zoëtry is the bay's best option.

- Upgrade to a Master Suite Residence for your own plunge pool.
- Budget extra for Meraki, which is not covered by the all-inclusive plan.
- Plan a Friday evening at the Anse La Raye fish fry for a taste of local life.
